We will be discussing some post-November Election details, our upcoming timeline of events and we will possibly have some various candidates on the May Primary ballot in attendance to answer your questions after the meeting. The main purpose of Thursday's meeting will be turning our attention to a community issue - homelessness in Philadelphia, specifically in winter. Representatives from Project HOME will be joining the meeting to speak on the topic.
Adobe Cafe has been a gracious host in allowing GRASP to use their venue for our monthly meetups and we would like to support their current Winter Clothes Drive. So when you come out next week we ask that you please bring with you a winter coat, jack, sweater - anything that will help those in need stay warm as temperatures drop over the upcoming months. It would be a great help.
And, as always, bring a friend and/or neighbor.
